The cedar tom sighed and looked at Flamewing. " I don't need treating right now. " He commented politely. " Ya know, Pineleap really likes Kestrelflame. " Flintfoot meowed quietly, ignoring Flamewing's small joke.

“I'd rather be dead right now.” Kestrelflame muttered, laying her head down on her paw.

"Don't say that. You're still beautiful, even without a front leg." He mewed, trying to comfort her.

“Aww, thanks. Even though I am two colors.” She replied, sighing heavily.

"Two colors?" He asked with a little laugh.
