OOC: Well, okay (guys...the three of us need to do an invite only. It'd be fab.)
The plot is there is a dragon rebellion and what not. The dragons have allied themselves with some elves and are trying to vanquish the human kingdoms and the elves who refuse to bow to them. Their leader is a massive dragon, bigger than any dragon known, a female dragon who says she is Queen of Algaesia. (Played by...me?)

OOC: Someone else start off...I suck at starting. I was thinking a messenger could come in and be like: yo this kingdom to our south is under siege by dragons
And Akyra, Ailene and Bayard could all be liek: lol, riders to the rescue! And go check it out.

Akyra sighs, leaning back in her chair. Another sketch done. With a faint huff, rather bored, she gets to her feet and heads to her door. It was almost time for Bayards magic lesson anyways. At least she had meditated a bit and gained some energy back. Walking out into the hall, she heads down the hall and heads towards the gardens. With her thumbs tucked into her belt loop, she turns down the last bend.

OOC: Uhm...the 'redeem himself in the end' thing, right? If not, message me. Can the messenger run into Ailene, tell her, and then Ailene comes and gets Bayard and Akyra?


Bayard had, after his argument with Jamie, went down to the gardens to meet up with Akyra. After a few minutes of frustration he needed a mind-numbing lesson. Ehr...not that he didn't want to learn magic. He did. And he didn't want to disappoint Akyra, either. He was her friend, after all. But he couldn't help but feel that he might get a tad restless during this lesson. But he had promised her, so he went down anyway and stepped outside. This time he was prepared for the frosty weather, equipped with a brown coat and riding boots. He probably looked a bit stupid, but it didn't matter. He loved the noise the snow made crunching underfoot. He stood, awaiting Akyra, and watching the way the snow glistened pleasantly in the sun's rays.
