I felt sweat running down my face and I would not meet her gaze. I could not lie to this pony. "I will protect you," I said again, this time truthfully.

I looked over at puppy and recognized her at once. "Either you are here to comfort Sparkz or I tear you to shreds. What do pick?" I whispered, showing my teeth.

Sparkz looked at the puppy, immediately recognizing Snaps "Snaps?" She said wiping away the tears, looking at Diamond. "Don't hurt her" She said.

I growled. I flew up to hunt. I took a small sip of the blood to restore the transformation. I soon spotted a deer and killed it in one swipe. I brought it back to Snaps and Sparkz. I fried some of it and ripped it off, in case they wanted some.

I smiled at the command. I nodded to the fried part. "Knock yourself out," I said, digging my head into my part of the carcass.

I smiled. I dug my face into the meat, pulling up five rib bones. I swallowed it whole, bones and all. I quickly finished the rest in the same fashion. I have enemies but for now I needed a nap. I set my head on my paws and fell into a deep sleep.
