The Pony Games (MLP/HG, Not Accepting Tributes)

Spirit looked back over at Mosely, her sharp hearing picking up on next to all the sounds around her and those far from her."Should we go help her~?"

Noteworthy gritted his teeth, continuing the spell. The shield, he knew, was a strong one, especially combined with his magical ability. The knife had made a tiny crack that was barely noticeable, and nearly nothing could fit through it apart from perhaps a sliver of magic or a feather, neither of which were going to hurt him much.

"Probably." Mosely acknowledged the fact that despite all Gwen's strength, whoever built that fire was probably strong. He stood, seeing a steady stream of smoke that invaded his nostrils, causing him to cough.

Gwen

I growled and flew higher, getting ready to do something that would really do some damage. I glare down at them, and begin to fly downward, one hoof in front, tears streaming from my eyes from the wind. A slight white cup went around my hoof, meaning I was close. I gritted my teeth and continued. A slight rainbow fled from my tail, but it was very faint.

[Sanster]

Spirit listened for a moment before shaking her head."Or not, it appears someone more or less so here is trying to break the sound barrier just as one called Rainbow dash once did."

[Piefan]

Noteworthy stumbled, but he kept up the shield despite this. The sleep had recharged his energy and he was hoping such an spell would at least reduce the impact. Note to self: Do not mess with batponies. Ever again.

Mosely stared at the spot Gwen had run off, finding her mid-air. Squinting showed a faint rainbow trail behind her, and he tensed. "I just hope that speed isn't harmful."

[Sanster]

Spirit shrugged."Mostly is harmful unless you know how to control, though if she does not know how to control it then mostly likely she will end up dead, near death or with many broken bones and internal bleeding upon using it~."

Gwen

I get closer and closer, until the white cup turns into a spike, then there was a snap, and a full out rainbow streaked behind me. I smashed right into the pony, then zooming upwards, avoiding the ground, then make an ark, and land back nearby Mosely and Spirit, but take off once more, to see what damage I had caused.

[Piefan]

As expected, the shield lessened the impact; as unexpected it shattered on both ponies. Noteworthy stopped the flow of magic just as it broke, disintegrating the sharp pieces. The crash itself caused a wound on his exposed back and an ache throughout his body, and he winced before looking back at the cave to see whether it was still okay. It was, he had rushed away from it and the boom only caused a few holes at the top. The fire's sticks had been scattered as a result of the sonic boom too, all over the forest. And they were still burning. Embers and sparks remained, which started a few smaller fires.
