Noteworthy looked at the small amount of food they had gathered. "We should probably go hunting. Violin, can you stay here and guard?" She was the most suitable for the job, he decided as he stood up and walked to the entrance of the cave.

Scyther still kept her wings close to her side and followed the unicorn, once out of the cave she stretched her bat wings and flew.

Knowing he wasn't going to be able to follow Scyther, Noteworthy walked over to a nearby tree, slowly climbing it and watching for potential prey. He was hoping for a rabbit, maybe, or a large bird. I wonder, if... His horn glowed black for a few moments - a life-detecting spell. It was made to find any non-equine creatures within about a mile. Passive-ish cockatrice, spiders... Ah, a bird! He looked around for it, letting the magic aura fade for a moment before he speared it, again magically.
