He carefully pawed her spine, ribs and sides to check for broken bones but he didn't know what else to do. Starclan had again rendered him helpless around someone who was dying, unsure of the final outcome. Honey wouldn't help unless it was her throat, she likely wouldn't be able to cough down half the herbs that would possibly help. "Don't go dying on me, come on..!"

Nightpaw saw Silverpaw and Cometpaw circling him. Totally unprepared for this! Nightpaw bushed up his tail and fur, hissing. Then he jumped over Cometpaw and clung onto his back, lightly so he wouldn't really hurt him.

Browntail padded over with her mouse and sat next to Cloudpaw, watching the battle, chewing on her mouse intensely, her eyes gleaming with anticipation.

Cometpaw smirked and lightly tried to shake him off. Silverpaw caught on and while Nightpaw was distracted by Cometpaw she tackled him at full speed.

Cloudpaw laughed quietly,"Those two always pair up with each other."

Backs away from her slowly, feeling helpless and trapped against a wall. He didn't know what to say, what to do or even how to admit this was his fault. He chokes on his words, knowing no matter what he did he couldn't fix her. It was a terrible feeling he'd never rid of, a curse on his soul and mind as long as he walked the earth. Two cats would die because of him.

He felt even worse under her gaze, much worse. Why didn't he make her climb first, then she could have fallen on him instead. He'd lived a full, unhappy life and his death wouldn't be a loss to the clan as hers would. Nothing had felt broken, it might have been shock but no herbs could have been consumed in time to save her if that was the case. "I can't help... You..." He brokenly admits.

Willowpelt groans instead of coughing this time the truth was she hadnt broken anyhting but the fall on ehr back bone had made her unable to walk so she was stunned and her rib cage was badly bruised and she was pretty sure her lungs were collapsing*

His heart lifts a bit at a groan, hoping she'd breath gain and more smoothly. He steps back towards her a bit, his head low. Again words felt trapped in his throat when he tried to offer comfort, not his comfort zone. "Please tell me that's you pulling through..." Wondering if he should try and get her to her paws.
