"You should have stepped up" she whispered to Firestorm before flashing a look from Ashpaw to Firestorm. "What's wrong with you? both of you! Starclan is a mouse brained story from the elders that they tell little kits to make them believe" she growled bitterly.

Ashpaw's eyes flared with anger. "Shut up! I've seen StarClan before! Who do you think told me to get everyone out of camp during a flood?! Why do you think I usually talk to myself?!"

firestorm's fur slowly began to bristle more and more. "that's one problem. you never believe!" but then he calmed down, taking it back. "sorry."

"Who do you think you are?! Ashpaw get your head together!" she hissed digging her claws into the ground " You could easily tell that the storm was coming without your stupid dream! the scent of the rain was so fresh I could have warned the camp myself!" she hissed furiously and added "I wonder who came in your dumb dream oh, wait let me guess Ashpath?" she flicked her tail in anger feeling like a thorn had stabbed her heart. She then turned to Firestorm "I never believe because they take away everything I ever loved" she crossly looked at Ashpaw.

"they took my father. they took neptunestorm. that's another point. if you don't believe in starclan, where did neptunestorm's spirit go? into the air? no! he is hunting with starclan." he said bitterly.

Ashpaw angered look faded and what replaced it was a look of grief and tears welled up in the tom's eyes. "You can insult me, but you never talk about her."

"Exactly Firestorm thin air is where it went" she hissed feeling her paws throb beneath her from digging her claws into the ground for so long. She looked at Ashpaw and realized her brother was crying. She wanted to comfort him and tell him she was sorry but all she needed to do was run like she normally did. Running off at a fast pace not watching her paw steps, Goldenpaw slipped and fell off a cliff. Luckily she had just enough time to grip on the side with her claws but it wouldn't hold her up for long. She already felt her claws began to slip.
