Wildfire weaved through a crack in the den to get to her herb supply. "Tell me what happened." She demanded as her senses scanned the many herbs in storage. We're going to need Cobwebs, Marigold and Chervil Root. She thought, grabbing each herb in turn before heading back to the two apprentices.

She sat without moving. "Loner?" She asked as her paws trembled. "I never met a loner.. Are they strong?" She said. They proably are as what they did to PatchPaw.. She thought.

Wildfire grabbed the Marigold and Chervil to begin chewing it into a poultice. While chewing, Wildfire searched Stingingpaw's body for the worst of his wounds. "Here we go." She said as she slathered the herbs onto the wounds. Wildfire reached out a paw and gently laid a few strands of cobweb to keep the poultice in place.
