Falconpaw buried his mouse, then smelling more mice not far from where he was. He stalked up to them, this time two mice. He leaped on on, killing it with his claws while bitting the other, making it limp. He carried the mice to the hole he had dug, un dug it, placed the mice in it, then buried it back up.

Feeling great about her first kill, Bouncepaw decided to hunt in the trees. She spotted a tall birch tree and clawed her way steadily up. Birds were everywhere this time of the year, flicking her tail in determination she caught the scent of a sparrow. She noticed that it was on a different tree. Instead of climbing down and exposing herself she went to the end of a branch and lunged to the next tree. Her claws caught the tree before she could fall. Sighing in relief the shecat finally spotted the sparrow. Taking a deep breath she knew this catch would be easy to fail. She took a silent step foward, her heart racing before she swatted the bird, breaking it's neck in the process. It fell to the ground with a thud. Bouncepaw quickly climbed down from the tree and picked up the sparrow. It was nice and plump; she buried it with the rabbit before going towards some rocks.

Falconpaw bit a rabbit he had just caught, he picked it up. Spying a mouse near by, he stalked to it and clawed it. He picked it up also, burring it in the hole that all the other prey was it. "Well, thats enough for today, 4 mice and a rabbit!"

Bouncepaw found a group of large boulders that almost formed a cave. The shecat could hear something his and knew what it was.She expected to find some voles here but instead would encounter an adder. Unsheating her claws she hissed, spotting the slithering beast. The adder approuched her, baring it's venomous fangs. Bouncepaw wasn't having any of that, letting her anger come out she placed her paw down hard on it's tail then another on it's head. She knelt down and bit the snakes head, it squirmed until it finally lay still. Her muzzle dripped with scarlet drops. She wiped it from her jaws and gathered the rest of her prey. She joined the others. "Hey, nice catch!" She purred happily to Falconpaw.

Falconpaw smiled at her,"thanks, you too." He dug up his prey and carried it on his back.

"Where did Sunstar go?" Bouncepaw turned her head to the left then the right.

Falconpaw shrugged.

"He may have gone to look around..I guess we should just wait here." Bouncepaw mewed in reply.

Falconpaw nodded, he laid down and yawned.
