She sees the lab she was created and looks around the outside of the building until she finds a gas tank. She lies a trail of dry grass so she gets far enough away and lights it and the trail lights the gas tank and blows it up

(Can the lab be where Jack is?)

((He is actually with an Absol named Howlite that is in a cage but the person not online right now I guess but he can go over to the lab. Btw are you trying to kill him -_- just kidding xD))

Jack heard a loud bast coming from the lab section. It was not in his jurisdiction that he was left with but it was better than sitting supervising cages. He ran over to the labs to see in flames. He grabbed on of the grunts freaking out by their collar "What are you doing? Get the flames under control" he growled at the grunt. "y-yes sir" the grunt replied. Jack then turned around "You pea for brains hurry and get this under control" he yelled at the scientists. The scientists glared at Jack "Don't get full of yourself because your parents are Admin Jack" one scientist warned. Jack ignored his words as he pulled out a pokeball and summoned a Goodra "Goodra use muddy water" he ordered. When the flame subsided Jack went to investigate the case of the explosion and found it was do the gas tank over heating. "You'd think there would have been more wild fires running amok with all this dry grass around here" Jack thought out loud but he knew this was on purpose. He he scanned for the culprit when he spotted a small light could this be the 'thing' that caused the fire?

The young Charmander jumps out at him and uses Shadow Claw and leaves a tear and a scar on his chest
Two grunts run over to him "Sir! Before you do anything rash, we should warn you, that Charmander is a mutated Pokémon, it's not going to do down easy, it defeated one of our top grunts on it's own once."
