Due to the complexity and uniqueness of this Pokémon, I feel it would just be better to describe him
Shadow is a strange Pokémon, being that he has two heads, despite the fact that he is not a Zweilous. He was created to be this way by Team Plasma to be a powerful fighting force for them. They made him by taking a Seviper base DNA and putting in the gene that give Zweilous two heads

Personality: Shadow is a clever and tricky Pokémon. He almost never fights fair, and is able to double up on attacks because of his second head. His second head also means he has two brains, which makes him incredibly intelligent. Because of this, he thinks he is superior to other Pokémon. He does however know his limits, such as that he is not superior to Legendary Pokémon
History: Shadow was created in the P2 Laboratory before Genesect was, however, his intelligence proved to be greater than Team Plasma's, as he was able to escape with ease, and even find a way off the island.
