Tawneypelt stopped. She twitched her ears and heard a frog. Ivytail will be so happy! she thought. She stalked forward and pounced. The frog was huge!

A grin spread across his muzzle when he saw the catch Tawnypelt had gotten. "Nice!" he exclaimed under his breath, his voice quiet so he wouldn't disturb any nearby prey. Another frog was nearby, one not nearly as giant in size as the one Tawnypelt had caught, but every piece of prey counts. Crouching down, Ferretclaw leapt forward and finished off the frog with one quick nip and a small crunch.

He smiled slightly through the frog, nodding. "Maybe we should catch one or two more?" Ferretclaw glanced around and listened.

Tawneypelt managed to catch three frogs and a shrew. She grinned with pride.

(Ok, you know, I'll just finish this off so it's not left hanging until tomorrow afternoon. xD)

After some time, Ferretclaw ended up with two average sized frogs and a small mouse. "Today is great day to go hunting!" he finally mewed, grinning back. "We should probably head back." Ferretclaw picked up his catches of the day, beginning to head back to camp.

When back at camp, Ferretclaw placed his catches on the fresh-kill pile, eyes gleaming happily as he added his share to the pile.
