Cloudsong licked her uncle's ear, then each of her kits then Batfang's nose. "We haven't named them yet, no. But I was thinking for this one," She nosed a fluffy brown tom, "Raccoonkit might suit him well." She mewed. The little tomkit seemed to have gotten her long, fluffy pelt.

Timberfoot flinched when she nuzzled him, but his muscles relaxed a minute later. "T-thank you," he whispered. "And I'll be here for you, too."

"I just like to say 'Fallow.' " Weaselpaw flailed his free paw in her face.

"Cool, cool. A'right, my turn!" Woodpaw scratched at an itch while he thought. "Uhh...I'm silver an' hard an' kinda smelly too."
