Crow had locked his jaw along the back of his neck and was shaking him hard now, and threw him with a lot of force. He growled, lashing his banned, before leaving the dying tom and leaped up onto the brick wall, and into an alley.

Heatherpaw ran to Lionpaw, tears in her eyes. "Lionpaw?.. Lionpaw!" she whispered. "You are my best friend, you can't leave me!"

Lionpaw laid there, violently gasping for air, and being able to rasp a few words; "I will find him.." He promised.

Heatherpaw gently licked his neck wound. "Don't worry." she mewed, sitting down next to her injured friend.

Ravenfeather made it over, leaping over the wall in a swift leap, her powerful hindlegs pushing her over the wall, as she landed, panting. "Where did he go?" She muttered, her cleavers flexing. The she-cat's head whipped around, as she spotted Lionpaw and Heatherpaw. "We have to get him back.." She murmured, watching the golden apprentice. "Come on. I think we should get him back." She meowed.

Heatherpaw looked up at the warriors. "Please help him." she mewed pleadingly.

"Well, we can if I can get some help bringing him back to camp." She grumbled, before walking over, and crouching down. "Come on. bring him up." She meowed.

Rushfoot went back to the wall. "I'll run ahead and get Galaxyfur." she called, running back to camp.

Heatherpaw gently nosed her muzzle under Lionpaw's shoulders and lifted him to Ravenwing.
