Tinypaw-Talking to: ... Thinking: "I can do it..."
Tinypaw approached the edge of Squirrel's leap quietly, her eyes flicking a glance over her shoulder. She hadn't asked for permission to leave camp and cats would surely worry about a apprentice that was no bigger then a squirrel, if not smaller. She slowly approached, somehow fighting the urge in her body for her to burst into speech or leap into the air, yowling at the top of her voice. A mouse scurried past her, only a few centimeters smaller then herself. It ignored her, So she ignored it. The large pile of fallen trees towered above her... She gulped down fear, her eyes wide. She narrowed them slightly, a small sigh escaping her mouth. She gathered her legs beneath her, shifting more weight onto her hindlegs. She leape just managing to dig her claws into the top of the first tree, pulling herself up. She scrambled up a branch, sliding onto the next one. The chilly breeze ruffled her fur, making her narrow her eyes. To her the tiny breeze felt like a large gust of wind, threatening to knock her off any moment. Her bright yellow eyes sparked with determination as the tiny shecat leaped once again, slowly slipping down the next trunk as she attempted to leap it. She fell back down onto the one she had been on the moment before, a maple leaf drifting down and resting on her nose. She sneezed, the maple leaf floating away on the breeze before Tinypaw scrambled to her paws.
