Featherpaw squealed as a leaf landed on her head. "W-what was that?!" She looked up and saw nothing.

B R I G H T W I N G

"It is, we are lucky it's not that bad today, I should take Foxpaw out, would you like to join me?" She mewed, her amber eyes soft and kind.

Eagletalon:

Eagletalon padded through the forest calmly until he scented an unfamiliar scent. He ran towards the scent and ran towards it until it came to a tree. He looked up it but couldn't see anyone "Who's up there?" he called

Foxpaw shrugged. "It's a leaf- it won't attack you or anything." She mewed bluntly, continuing on. Through the mist, stale scents of cats and forest prey lingered.

T A L O N C L A W

Talonclaw nodded. "I've got to say, Featherpaw needs to get out more. I suppose we could." He mewed, looking at the apprentice's den. "Are they still sleeping?"

"I heard something.. oh well." She mewed following after Foxpaw, she then batted at Foxpaw's tail giggling.


B R I G H T W I N G

Brightwing nodded. "I assume they are, but I don't think Foxpaw would ever sleep in this much, she's usually up and bouncing off walls by now."

E R I S

Eris didn't reply, she was already gone, she had thrown herself higher up and into more tree branches now extremely far away from the cat that had yelled.
She was still following the apprentices from the treetops though, her icy blue eyes set on them.

Eagletalon:

Eagletalon unsheathed his claws and sunk them into the bark. He quickly climbed higher and higher but she was still no where to be seen. He closed his eyes and followed her scent. It's too foggy up here he thought. He tried to do the nice cat approach "Come out, I won't hurt you" he mewed as he sat on the high branch he was already on

Foxpaw looked back at Featherpaw. "Hey! Stop that!" She giggled, turning around and leaping onto Featherpaw. Foxpaw batted at the other apprentice's ears and got up, running away.

T A L O N C L A W

Talonclaw nodded. "Maybe today's different. You never know with Foxpaw." He mewed, padding over to the apprentice's den slowly. He looked inside, then shrunk out with wide eyes. "Brightwing- one problem." He mewed nervously. "They aren't there."

Featherpaw's eyes lit up as she dashed after Foxpaw. "Get over here mousebrain!" She teased nipping lightly at Foxpaw's tail.

B R I G H T W I N G

"What?!" Brightwing went to look for herself but backed away with even wider eyes. "Where could they be then?" She mewed quietly.

E R I S

Eris shook her head and was already gone from that tree, she went farther and farther away, and climbed higher and higher until she was almost at the tips of a tree that was a bit ahead of the now running apprentices.

Eagletalon sighed he climbed carefully down the tree and padded back to camp slowly

Foxpaw gave a small laugh, running in circles around Featherpaw. "Never!" She called, now running back the way they came.

Talonclaw shook his head lightly. "I- I don't know... maybe they went out...? I don't see Foxpaw's pelt anywhere around." He responded, looking around again to reassure himself.
