"Then get stronger!" Skyde ordered in his loud, unusually deep voice.

Firefly joined his brother's side. "You weakling! Salazar gave you another chance and you failed." He spat.

"No!" The tan kit crept past him towards the Healer's den. "I don't take orders from you."

Firefly glared after her in disbelief and pure disgust.

"Oh, don't worry." Skyde unsheathed his claws and dug them into the ground. "You will."

Doe ignored him and crept into the den. She pulled a few herbs off of the shelves. Sighing, the sandy colored cat curled into and closed her eyes.

Skylight apologized again, "I wasn't watching where I was putting my paws." She picked up her prey once again.

"It's fine." He assured her. River Storm tightened his grip on his prey and continued, moving a bit slower for her.

Falling Water silently watched the exchange from the shadows of her den. Pity for the kit flickered breifly in her eyes before she blinked it away. She slipped out of the den and past the two kits, going into the healing den. "Are you okay?" She asked with an unusually gentle voice.

Skylight nodded and fell in step beside him. When she arrived at camp she put her prey in the fresh kill pile.

"Why do you care?" Doe snapped. She'd been with Jad and Diamond when the new rogues had come, and assumed they were just like the others.

River Storm dropped his prey beside Skylight's. "That was fun." He purred to her.

Falling Water simply flicked an ear. "Those were your brothers, right? They were being a bit mean." She murmured, knowing she could be worse sometimes. "I wanted to know if you were okay."
