Lightningpaw made it back to camp and left the squirrel. He padded back out and headed towards a clearing that only he knew about. He looked around and slashed his claws through a thick tree trunk, scoring deep marks into the bark. He kept going until his paws were bleeding with splinters and the spot on the tree looked like a few others in the clearing. He sat down, his head tilted to the sky, his eyes closed.
