Kestrelstar wasn't sure that Brackenkit had gotten the whole idea, but he didn't push the issue any farther. Instead, he gave the kit a lick on the cheek and left the nursery.

Amberkit stared at the ground. Her normally bright amber eyes were now dull and emotionless. "I don' think my bro'her likes me," she said quietly.

"Vell of course he doez! He mights not say it, buts he does." Braveheart asured her. "Heck! I didn'ts even tell my siblings I likes zem."

(Foxcloud chose Wolfflight as her mate, Longpaw and Softpaw are back at camp, Amberkit's throwing a temper tantrum. Nothing too important as far as I can remember lol. x3)

"But 'e said that Moonkit is 'is only frien', that only Moonkit unde'stan's 'im!" Amberkit hissed. "Argh! I 'ate this! Bracken'it likes that StarClan kit better than 'is own fam'ly, Fa'her hardly ever 'as time for us 'cause 'e's a'ways so busy, an' Birchkit an' Flamekit are prob'ly leavin' an' I'll prob'ly never see 'em again!" She slashed at a clump of ferns and tore off several of its leaves, dragged her claws across the earth and left long marks, and snapped every twig that she found in half, except for the one that she and her littermates had playfully fought over earlier that day. "I's not fair!"

Braveheart listened to everything she had to say "I understand a little. And what do you mean they are leaving?"

(Sure, go ahead. c: She's upset because Brackenkit said that Moonkit, a StarClan she-kit that he meets in his dreams, is his best and only friend. He said that family is different and that no one understands him like Moonkit, so that hurt Amberkit's feelings. She's also sad because Flamekit and Birchkit will probably be leaving for SkyClan when they get old enough, and because Kestrelstar doesn't spend a lot of time with her, since he's so busy all the time.)

"They're leavin' for SkyClan!" Amberkit yelled, tears flooding her eyes. "They're leavin' to go join a bunch o' flyin' cats! I's not fair! Wha' 'bout Clan loyalty? Fa'her a'ways said that loyal'y was one o' the mos' impor'ant things about bein' a Clan cat, bu' now they're all leavin'!" By now, she was no longer talking about Birchkit or Flamekit, but ever other cat that willingly left AshClan for SkyClan. "Wha' 'bout the cats that loved 'em, raised 'em, took care of 'em? They don' give a load o' fox dung! They're jus' gonna abandon us all!" Her throat was sore from shouting so much, but she ignored it.

(So now her anger has moved on to just cats joining SkyClan. xD She's not mad at Birchkit or Flamekit though, she's just...mad at everything.)

Braveheart nodded "I agree. If zey are going to leaves to join some clan have sem do it now and stop taking Ashclan prey." he shook his head "Does your fazer know sey are leaving?"
