Scorchblaze grinned and rolled his eyes. "A big, handsome tom like myself being hurt? I don't think so."

Rainpaw got hot with embarrassment. "Well--well..." she trailed off. She had no response to that, "Well who said you were handsome!" She turned her head away abruptly and walked proudly forward.

"Me included," Rainpaw said. It took her a moment to realize she'd said it out loud. "I mean--" she stuttered, "No--Not me included!" Stupid tom's getting me all flustered! she thought angrily.

Scorchblaze nudged her as he grinned. "I heard you."

Rainpaw hissed at him. "Don't touch me, mouse-brain!" she hissed. She heard a twing snap and her angry look went away. Her fur stood on end and she scrambled behind Scorchblaze.

Scorchblaze smirked but it went as she scrambled behind her. He looked up to see the tom, he snarled and unsheathed his claws. "Rainpaw get back to camp."
