As Mirapaw was leading Silverstar to the area where Thornpaw was attacked she saw some catnip on the way. She then remembered that Thymeleaf said she needed catnip for the wounds. She called to Mirapaw, "Wait, Thymeleaf needs catnip for the wounded. Lets grab some and go take them to her." She then proceeded to grab a mouthful of catnip and walk toward the campsite.

Just as she was about to grab the catnip, a large brown cat jumped out of the bushes. "Well, well," he sneered "I've found to fine cats to make examples out of." Then, without any explanation, he leaped towards Silverstar. Just as he was about to strike, however, Mirapaw caught his tail in her jaws which resulted in the brown cat having a bad tail wound and being sprawled on the ground. "I will not let you hurt my mentor," yelled Mirapaw "You have hurt one to many cats today! Now, scram fox dung!" And without another word, the brown cat ran away.

IronPhoenix smiled, and walked behind her. He saw a pigeon on a low branch, he crouched as low as possible and waited until it looked the other way. In that second he launched himself at pigeon and grabbed its neck from behind swiftly killing it.
