I nodded. "I'll lead the way." I scented the air and looked back at Khaz, knowing how he felt about hunting.

~Nzuri~

Nzuri followed, also not enjoying hunting, but she had never told any wolf about her gift before, so she would just have to buckle down.

Khaz
I smelled something strong on the breeze, like, fresh meat. "Hey guys, smell that?"

~Talis~
"Yes, but it smells too fresh and strong, you Sikla, it's obviously a trap set by the humans. You know how much they hate us, especially around their animals." I stated, maybe being a bit too harsh.

~Winter~
I scented a small pack of wolves nearby and another, but another smell overpowered them and I was suddenly running towards it. Before I could do anything, I saw that what I smelt was fresh meat hanging on a tree, and I was falling into a pit, thankfully without stakes, and I gave out a yelp of surprise.

(I added Kar's, Larka's, Skop's and Kipcha's forms to my original one, and I changed Khaz' look)

Nzuri lifted her head to the breeze, "I smell that too," she murmured, inhaling deeply the crisp scents of the forest air.

I heard a yelp in the distance and turned my head in the direction. "What was that?" I growled nervously.

Khaz
I whimpered as I heard the yelp as well and noticed that Talis was running towards it. I followed after and shrugged to Nzuri behind me.

~Winter~
I clawed at the sides of the pit and realized how stupid I was for not noticing. I gave a yelp of terror for help.

~Nzuri~

Nzuri raced ahead, keeping pace with Talis, she looked at him and smiled, enjoying running alongside him.

~Talis~
I stopped running as we came to a pit and growled telling them to stop. I looked in and saw a white figure clawing frantically at the sides. "Who's there?" I growled nervously, hoping to stay out of sight of any humans.

~Winter~
"Please help me." I whimpered and pleaded.
"And how are we supposed to do that, Kerl?" Talis replied with a question.

~Nzuri~

Nzuri looked down at the white wolf trying to get up, she ran over to help her.

"How will you help me?"

Nzuri grabbed a mouthful of Winter's excess fur and hauled her up, "There," she panted, her tongue lolling out.
