"I'll share it with you then," Batfang offered as he lay down beside her and took a bite of the vole. "You've moved from the warriors' den to the elders' den to the nursery in less than a quarter moon! That's gotta be a new record," he teased. "All jokes aside, I'm so happy to hear that you're expecting kits. You'll be a wonderful mother." His eyes glimmered warmly as he rasped his tongue over her cheek, then added with a humorous twitch of his whiskers, "Plus, it will be good for you to spend some time with other she-cats your age! You just...don't really fit in the with the elders. Not yet."

Specklepelt heard Cinderpaw "Then go take care of the elders then you are free to do what you want, in camp." she reminded the apprentice before she turned back to Raccoontail and licked his cheek. "I will be happy to be your mate" she purred quietly.

Raccoontail purred a bit loudly. "I love you." He said happily.

Cinderpaw nodded and padded slowly back into camp. She grabbed a few pieces of prey and took them to the elders' den. "Anyone have any ticks that need to be taken out? Or anything like that?" she asked once she had dropped the prey at their paws.

Diptail grumbled "I have one on my shoulder" he said a bit harshly

Pebbleface shook her head "I Don't have any" she took a piece of prey from Cinderpaw and started eating.

Specklepelt purred really loud "I love you too" she meowed

Firepaw kicked Bearheart's belly to get him off and looked at his mentor he waited to attack. He jumped on his back and bit the warriors ear then jumped off and kicked his back legs to make him lose his balance.

Bearheart nodded, "Not bad, but I was hoping for Sandpaw to fight too, I want to see teamwork." He whispered in Firepaw's ear, "Let's try just to fake bite and stuff so no cat gets hurt." He stepped back, tiny drops of blood formed at the bite marks but Bearheart didn't feel a thing.

"Yes! Of course!" she said excitedly then thought "But I would have to wait for Cinderpaw to finish her training.."
