(Recap: Sandpaw got a new mentor, Ivycloud, since Cloudsong moved to the elders' den. I think Coalpelt and Blueeyes are still on their walk, and...that's about all I can remember? Sorry if I'm forgetting something. D: It's hard to remember everything lol)

"Haha, yep!" Kestrelclaw laughed. He made his way out of the tunnels and into the bright, morning light. Almost instantly, he scented an adder and dropped to the ground. He stalked forward quietly, swiveling his ears back and forth to listen for any sounds the snake might make, and eventually found it coiled up just next to a clump of bracken. With a lash of his tail, he leaped for the adder and pinned its head to the ground with his claws so that it wouldn't be able to bite him. He then sank his teeth into its neck, and it was dead in a second.

Peachkit heard her mother's cries of despair from the medicine cat's den and tilted her head curiously. "Mommy?" she mewed as she began to totter over to the den. "Mommy? Are you alright?"

"N-no.. you s-sister.. is dead.." She squeaked.

Ivycloud's eyes widened, "Whoa! You caught an adder!" She observed his kill with admiration for the warrior.

•Sandpaw was given Ivycloud as a mentor since Cloudsong moved to the Warriors den
•Larkpaw went crazy during a partner fighting session and attacked the other Apprentices. She hurt Jaywing pretty bad, but he stayed with her and calmed her down. He won't leave her so they're kind of sleeping in the forest.

The white and grey she-cat stepped out of the elder's den, stretching and looking around. She looked at the fresh kill pile, but wasn't hungry, so she padded over to the oak tree where she knew Batfang liked to eat, and flopped onto her side, the grass cool from the shade.

"Yeah!" Kestrelclaw purred. "I haven' caught one o' these since I was an apprentice. Didn' you catch, like, a...Gee, what was it..." He thought for a moment. "Oh! Tha's right! You caught an eel once! We were fishin' at the stream, and you thought it was just a normal fish. I still r'member the look on your face when ya hooked it outta the water!" He laughed at the memory.

(I'm pretty sure eels can live in streams, so forgive me if I sound derpy here pfft. But I think I got this right.)

Batfang had just finished eating a sparrow and was swiping his tongue over his fur when he heard a cat exit the elders' den. He swiveled his head around to see Cloudsong appear, and felt joy flood his heart at the mere sight of the she-cat. "Hey, Cloudsong!" he greeted her. He padded over to her, still with a slight limp, and sat down beside her.

"Wha...what?" Peachkit stammered, tears filling her eyes. "No! No! S-She can't be!" She ran over to her sister's limp body and began prodding it continuously with her paws. "Acornkit! A-Acornkit, get up! P-Please, please..."

Duckpaw looked at the poor kit "Sh,it's okay Peachkit" she meowed kindly

Ivycloud giggled, "I was so shocked, I nearly threw it back! I thought it was a swimming snake." She smiled.
