"Right, let's get moving, then." Maplefur said and began walking a bit deeper into the forest. He finally found a small mouse, and silently moved through the underbrush until the mouse was within range. He leaped out and with a quick swipe of his paw, it was dead.

Ivycloud flicked her ear, "Of course!" She smiled at him and looked at the overfilled fresh kill pile.

Sootpaw looked at Leapardtail "Thanks" he murmured on ate the nasty herbs.He felt Cinderpaws pelt next to his,and closed his eyes

(Hold up, sorry, I'm a bit confused now. xD; Did you see my earlier post as Kestrelclaw, when he asked if they wanted to share a fish, or did you read it after I edited it to ask if she was excited for Moonhigh? 'Cause I couldn't remember if they had just eaten before that or not, so I decided to change it lol)

"I'm sure they're okay," Mallowshade grunted. "They probably just felt neglected and bored. Kestrelclaw was too busy flirting with Ivycloud, and you and I were out hunting, so they couldn't go training or patrolling or hunting with their mentors. But they still should have gone out with some warrior."

"A badger?" Cinderpaw gasped, then remembered that she had to keep her voice low so as not to disturb Sootpaw. In a hushed voice, she mewed, "Oh my StarClan, I've never ever seen a badger before...Were you hurt badly? Are you alright? Was anybody else hurt? Surely you didn't take on the badger all by yourself, did you?"

"Splendid catch!" Milkflower praised. She soon tracked down a mouse of her own, a slightly older and weaker one, but still plump and juicy, and managed to take its life quite easily.

Specklepelt nodded "I'm am not very good with punishments, so I will probably let her off with a warning or something."

Duckpaw padded to Leapardtail "Anything you need me to do?" She meowed

"Go ahead and put the herbs that I placed out for your test away. Seems you need to be trained more. Later we will go out and collect some herbs." Leopardtail told her apprentice then looked at Sootpaw "Feel any better?"

"Yeah" he replied,opening his eyes "A little" he meowed

"Okay" Duckpaw picked up the herbs and put them away

Kestrelclaw smirked. "I can hardly wait to show ya. You'll like it, I'm sure." He looked up at the sky, which was tinged with a light orangey-pink color. "I's already almost sunset. Moonhigh ain't that far off. 'Till then though, I should prob'ly train Sootpaw. Catcha later!" He stood up and began walking around the camp, calling for his apprentice. "Sootpaw! Sootpaw, where are ya?"

"That'll probably be good enough," Mallowshade agreed. "Let's just hope this doesn't become a frequent thing, apprentices running off on their own whenever they please and getting themselves into trouble."
