Souleyes heard them before she saw them, she purred when she saw the four kits and their real father " are you and ghost sure you want me to take them into the clan? You might never see them again!" She looked worriedly at the blue gray tom and saw him nod.
The tom said each of their names and said his goodbyes, the kits were sad and hoped he was just kidding as he usually did, but they saw he was serious and hung their heads low and walked back with souleyes.

Souleyes walked in to the camp with four kits stumbling around her, obviously having forgotten that they couldn't ever see their parents.

Plumkit huddled close to her mothers sister and looked around the camp.

Beaverkit pounced on souleyes tail playfully.

Ebonykit proudly walked in front of souleyes.

Oatkit was getting ready to attack Ebonykit when he saw the camp and stopped his eyes wide.
