Fernpelt made her way back to the camp, her eyes landed on Windstep.
"Hello Windstep!" She mewed.

Windstep heaved herself up. She shook her pelt, it being very dull. She meowed,"Hello." in a croaking voice.

Fernpelt frowned and rushed over to Windstep.
"Are you alright?" She said with worry in her voice.

Fernpelt smiled. "Thanks!" She purred. "Feels better already, would you like to get back to camp? We don't want to get caught, I'd get in trouble." She mewed with a shrug.

Storm climbed onto the branch next to Blazekit. "Hello young one." She mewed.

"hi storm" *Blazekit smiles*

Windstep got aggravated and gritted through her teeth. She meowed,"I'm fine." she started to pad away, not looking at her kits.

Opalkit rushed over to play with wind step, then saw she was mad, so she stopped.

Blackkit saw his mom angry and tilted his head, confused.

Storm stared at the kit. "I have an idea! A great one." Storm whispered, a mysterious grin on her face.

Fernpelt looked even more worried and followed behind. "No your not." She mewed, her face in a concerned frown.

Windstep shrugged and meowed,"I fine, I don't have any cuts or scrapes." she padded farther away, now going out of camp.

Storm continued. "So, you know how you can write to the twolegs? Let's go inside their nests and write to them, they'll be so scared!" She said with a cackling laugh.

Fernpelt followed behind. "You seem upset, can you please tell me why?" She asked, following behind but at a slower pace.
