Lionpaw padded in from hunting a vole in his jaws,'I'm going to share this with Lunap-',he thought before he seen something,his ears faltened,his heart shatered,''Lunapaw...'',Lionpaw dropped the vole,''No!'',Lionpaw cried running over to his loves lifeless body,''This can't be happening!'',he licked her cheek,it was cold,“No, Lunapaw, no.” Lionpaws’s mew was very soft. “Don’t go. Don’t leave me.” He bent over the limp body, nuzzling her gently. She did not move.“Lunapaw!” Lionpaw reared up and flung back his head. His wails of grief split the quiet air.“Lunapaw!”

She took off shakily gliding in the air then swooping into the woods looking for her kit " NIGHTKIT" the she cat wailed thinking one of her two mad clan mates had finished off her small daughter " Come back..." The she cat sobbed running fallowing faint traces of blood
