Warrior Code:

1.Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.
2.Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.
3.Elders, queens, and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders. If any warrior or apprentice is sick or injured, they may eat while the elders, queens, and kits are eating.
4.Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.
5.A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.
6.Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.
7.A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.
8.The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies, retires or is exiled.
9.After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.
10.A Gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.
11.Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.
12.No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan.
13.The word of the Clan Leader is the warrior code.
14.An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his/her battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or if it is necessary for self-defense.
15.A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.

Exceptions

1.Cats on their way to the MoonCave are allowed to cross other Clans' territories to get to their destination
2.Cats may travel on other Clan territories if they have something to report or ask for help.

Additional Rules

The following rules are not specifically stated in the warrior code, but are expected to be followed:
1.Medicine cats may not have a mate or kits.
2.Kits must stay in camp until they are apprenticed, and are not allowed to hunt.
3.The safety of the Clan is more important than the safety of one cat.
4.Clans must not unite together to drive out another Clan.
5.Clans must not force another Clan to share territory.
6.Enemy patrols must not attack cats if they are on a mission all four Clans agree on.

Herbs

Alder Bark: Bark from an alder tree is good for healing toothaches.
Blackberry Leaves: This herb is good for bee stings.
Borage Leaves: This herb is used to treat fevers. It also helps nursing queens bring up their milk supply.
Burdock Root:This herb is used to treat infections, and is especially good for rat bites.
Catmint (also called catnip): This herb is good for treating whitecough and greencough.
Celandine: This herb is used to ease pain. It can also be used to treat injuries of the eyes.
Chamomile: This herb is used to calm a cat in the case of a nervous breakdown or severe shock.
Chervile: This herb is used to treat bellyache.
Chervile Root: This herb is used to keep away and treat infections.
Chickweed: This herb can be used as another treatment for greencough.
Coltsfoot: This herb can be used as another treatment for whitecough. It can also be used to ease a sick cat's breathing.
Comfrey: This herb is used to put broken bone on the right path for mending.
Daisy Leaves: This herb is used to soothe aching joints.
Dandelion Leaves: This is another herb used to calm a cat in the event of a nervous breakdown or severe shock.
Dock Leaves: This herb is used to treat nettle stings. Its juices are also good for soothing sore paw pads.
Elder Leaves: This herb can be used to help treat sprains.
Feaverfew: This herb is used to cool feverish cats and treat headaches.
Goldenrod: This herb is used in poultices to treat aching joints and stiffness. It can also be used to treat severe injuries.
Goosegrass: This herb is used to stop bleeding from a wound.
Horsetail This herb is used to treat infected wounds.
Juniper Berries: This is another herb used to treat bellyache. It can also be used to calm a cat in the event of a nervous breakdown or severe shock.
Lavender: This herb is used to treat coughs and fevers. It can also be used to calm a cat in the event of a nervous breakdown or severe shock.
Mallow: This herb is used to fight infection. It can also be used to treat bee or wasp stings.
Marigold: This herb is used to keep wounds from getting infected. It can also heal sores.
Nettle Leaves: This herb is used to keep down the swelling of a wound.
Nettle Seeds: This seed is used to counter the effects of weak poisons.
Oak Leaves: This herb is used to stop bleeding from a wound and to fight infection.
Parsley: This herb is used to stop the initial flow of milk in nursing queen. (After kits feed, a queen's milk still flows, and this herb is used to dry it up so it can be saved for later.)
Poppy Seeds: This seed is used to numb pain and help a cat sleep. Giving a cat more than two seeds may negatively affect their health, so be careful.
Ragwort Leaves: This is another herb used to treat aching joints.
Raspberry Leaves: This herb is used to ease pain during a queen's kitting.
Snake Root: This herb is used to counter the effects of poison.
Tansy: This herb is used to treat coughs. It can also be used to heal wounds.
Thyme: Yet another herb used to calm a cat in the event of a nervous breakdown or severe shock.
Tormentil: This herb is good for treating wounds and countering the effects of weak poisons.
Traveling Herbs: These herbs are eaten by cats before making long journeys, such as ones to the MoonCave. They keep away the pangs of hunger and give a cat strength.
Watermint: This is another herb used to treat bellyache.
Yarrow: This herb is used to make a cat vomit. This action expels poisons from the body.

Non-Herbal Medicine:

Cobwebs: Cobwebs are used to stop bleeding.
Honey: Honey is used to treat sore throats.
Mouse Bile: Mouse bile is used to make ticks release their grip on a cat.
Wild Garlic: Rolling in this herb can help to keep infection out of wounds. It is also good for rat bites.

Other Non-Herbal Treatments

1. Gently nipping a cat's spine or poking it hard with a claw tests to see if the backbone is broken. If the subject does not feel the nip or poke, then the spine is broken. Many times a medicine cat will have to poke/nip the subject multiple times in different places to find the break.

2. Licking a cat's fur can help clean wounds, comfort/calm down a shocked or grieving cat, and warm a cat who has become very cold. (Lick the cat's fur the wrong way to do this. The last method is most often used on kits.)

3. Soaking moss in water and holding the dripping moss before a sick, injured or weak cat makes it easier for them to drink. Soaked moss can also be used to cool feverish cats.

4. Rosemary or mint can be used to lighten the death-scent of a dead cat before burial.

5. Using nectar, honey or mouse blood can make herbs sweeter and more appealing to cats--therefore making it easier to take the medicine.

6. Holding a swelling wound in cold water takes down swelling. Cats can also soothe scraped pads by soaking them in water.

7. A cat with weak or hurting muscles/bone can take part in water therapy. Have them wade in water that is not too deep or shallow, and eventually they'll get stronger.

8. Having a sick cat wail or yowl keeps their lungs and chest clear of mucus.

Other Herbs To Keep in the Medicine Den:

Note: ONLY use these herbs for self-defense against a cat who is a danger to all the Clans, or if a cat from your own Clan asks for a quick, painless path to StarClan while on his or her deathbed.

Holly Berries: A poisonous berry. Cats die almost instantly if they are consumed. If consumption if not intentional, use yarrow to get the berries out of the cat's stomach.

Deathberries (Yew berries): A poisonous berry. Cats die almost instantly if they are consumed. If consumption is not intentional, use yarrow to get the berries out of the cat's stomach.

The berries listed above can also be used as traps for dangerous predators. (Snakes, mountain lions, foxes, badgers, ect.) Stuff a piece of fresh-kill with these berries and set it near the predator's den. They will die quickly and painlessly.

Welcome to MoonClan, this clan of cats are rather light weighted to deal hard and fast blows in a battle. MoonClan cats are best at silent hunting and fighting because of their area they live in. They're able to catch rabbits, birds and other fast land animals with ease because they move silently and lightly. They are mainly a mixture of lighter and darker pelts and they are the more accepting clan, allowing any cats to join. They live in a forest area and in the center of their camp is a small lake which is good because they have an easy acces to water and kits can learn to swim.

She is a beautiful gray tabby she-cat with ice blue eyes. She rather wise, serious and doesn't talk much. She is a great fighter and loyal to her Clan. Her past is cold and painful, but she perfers to keep it a secret

She is a black she-cat with green eyes. Very sweet,kind, calm and quiet



Medicine cat: Ravenwing-
She is black cat with green eyes.Quite, withdrawn, graceful and mysterious who hardly shows her emotions,but deep down inside her, she is sweet-natured, friendly and affectionate and will do anything to help or defend her Clan, family or friends. She was first a warrior apprentice.


Medicine cat apprentice: Icepaw(pelt)-
She is a black she-cat with blue eyes. Her kin is unknown.Kind, caring, shy and brave once she knows you.

Warriors: Ivyfrost-
She is calico with gray tabby stripe on her head and tail. Her eyes are blue. She is brave and loyal warrior who will do anything for her leader, clan or clanmates. She is quiet and cold but deep inside she is a warm and friendly. Ivyfrost does not have any kin, chrush,mate or kits.

Poppyheart-
She is brave, loyal warrior, ready to obey the Code no matter what the cost. she is kind and friendly, constantly making friends. She is white with one eye green and other blue. She grew up in Clan as a single kit.

Thornpelt-
He is a calico tom with green eyes. He is very ambitious and will do anything he can to serve his clan, He can get very angry if you mess with him but in general he is kind and maybe even protective. Was a single kit. Does not have chrush, mate or kits.

Shadepelt-
He is a smoky black tom with amber eyes.He is very playful, though he is also smart, and can be quiet as he thinks a lot. He has a sister Silverthorn


Silverthorn-
She is a silver tabby she-cat with bright blue eyes.She is clever and sometimes is too independent, but is still loyal and determined. Has a brother Shadepelt.

Feathermoon-
A sweet, generous, loving, loyal, strong, confident, brave, stubborn at times, can be very shy silver with sparkling blue eyes and one black paw and i tan and calico tail she-cat. Born wild, but saved by a patrol.Does not have a chrush or mate nor kits.

Rainclaw-

A gray and brownish tom with yellow eyes. Bigger then most of cats. He is independent, distant, soft spot for kits, can be rude and unagreeable.His history was quite normal, thought he fell in love with a kittypet.She treated him nicely at first but then began to slowly make him hate himself. The only reason he is still alive is the thought somecat might love him, somehow. He has a step brother, but doesn't know. Has no mate chrush nor kits.

Apenstrike-

Silver tabby tom with green eyes. He is loving, helpful, quick footed, ambitious, honest, easily persuaded. Stood out as an apprentice. He got the name Strike because of his quick dodging ability. No one knows who is his chrush.

Willowpelt-

Gray tabby she-cat with blue eyes. Sweet and reserved, usually keeps to herself but she becomes rather talkative if you're her friend. When she was a apprentice her mother had been attacked by rouges while out on a patrol. She has never quite gotten over her mother's death. (That's why she typically keeps to herself.). No chrush, mate or kits



Apprentices: Blossompaw(heart)

Pale gray she-cat with long white legs and dark green eyes. Blossompaw is clever and mostly quiet, but once you know her she can be very friendly and fun towards you. No kin, chrush or mate..nor kits




Queens:



Kits: Dovekit-
is a white she-cat with blue eyes, 5 moons old. Her kin are rouges all killed, only one survived. She is a sweet gentle, but can some times be a bit rough. Also loves nature and play fights.

Bramblekit-
Is a orange tabby tom with white belly and green eyes. Rowdy and playful, tends to be a little rough when playing but usually doesn't mean anything by it. Used to live with humans but one day he wandered off into the forest where he got lost. After hours of roaming around aimlessly he was found by a Moon Clan warrior. No kin.

Kittypet: Gingy(Firepaw/pelt)-
Gingy is quite affectionate, understanding, friendly and sometimes wise tom. If he feels threatened or believes someone else he cares about is being threatened he won't hesitate to stand up and protect them if it is needed, with fighting he is quite fierce and has often left some deep scars in other cats. He was a kittypet sold at age of 5 moons. His owners accidently left him behind and he now wonders in MoonClan terretory

Personality: Ravenwing is mostly quite, withdrawn, graceful and mysterious who hardly shows her emotions as Ravenwing prefers to observe things around her. But deep down inside her, she is sweet-natured, friendly and affectionate and will do anything to help or defend her Clan, family or friends.

History: Ravenwing had a very normal kithood growing up within Moonclan, when she became an apprentice at first Ravenwing was trained to become an warrior but after awhile everyone noticed that although she was good at being a warrior. She showed more potentially at being a great medicine cat as she was often seen hanging around the medicine den and collecting herbs when she had the spare time.
So she was switched to become Leafpool's medicine apprentice, although at start Ravenwing didn't like the idea of becoming a Medicine Apprentice but eventually she started to love working with the herbs and Leafpool.
Many moons past and Leafpool died during a fierce battle trying to rescue some injured cats from the clan, although Ravenwing is still learning new ways to help cure things, she is now happy being the Medicine cat of the clan.

Not waiting for them to come back Gingy jumped the fence and bounded into the forest and found himself in the Moonclan's territory ... Looking for a new home or some company.
