Mossflower gave him a nod. "Sure. Some prey sounds good right now." she agreed. After all, she hadn't eaten anything since the day before, which almost seemed like forever ago.

Birchkit's whiskers twitched a little bit. "Yeah, I guess so." he said, almost purring in amusement. He plucked the ball up and tossed it back toward Sedgekit. "I've done worse during mossball though. Once, I hit one and it rolled into the medicine cat den and got lost. Did I ever tell you about that one?"

Sedgekit caught the ball then shook her head,"no, you never told me of that before." She glanced at the medicine cat den then looked back at Birchkit, the den seemed pretty far from where they were. "Were you playing where we are when you threw it into the medicine cat den?" She asked, throwing the ball back.

Mossflower watched as he walked over to the fresh kill pile and grab a rabbit from near the top. She heaved herself up onto her paws and padded after him. "That looks like a good one." she said, halting beside him.

He shook his head. "No. We were closer to it than this." he said, tossing the ball back. "I was playing with Sapkit when I lost it in there. She dared me to go in and get it, and I did. I couldn't find it for the life of me. Skyberry wasn't too pleased when she came back and found my searching through a pile of leaves to try to find it." he said.

A raindrop slid through the trees and landed with a plop on Falconheart's nose. He shook his head to get it off. "It'll be possible- I think." he said in reply to Jaythroat. "If RiverClan can smell through their own fishy stink, they'll certainly smell our scent markers, even if they'd prefer not to."
