I give a small, tired chuckle. I yawn, shaking my mane. All this crap that had happened lately, left me with no tome to sleep.. Or recover. I turn around, licking a pretty nasty bite on my back.

My ears perk, looking to a small cub, but I don't move. I just look up to Zira, confused.

I turn to Zilla in confusion, "What?" I ask her, standing.

Roros laid her ears back and lashed her tail in embarrassment. Nice one monkey brain! she scolded. She tried not to but a single tear splashed onto the ground. Her curse always seemed to find a way so that she could never be with anyone for long! She backed away rapidly, still scrambling on the leaves.

"No," Nala replied. "Not always. You're my king. Always have, always will," she smirked at him and smiled. "My night was painful, but other then that, pretty good." She yawned again. "I'm pretty sure that monkey puts some strange stuff in his potions. I dreamed of weird things last night," The firer queen told, shaking her head. "I'm really thirsty..."

Zira turned around in her sleep, feeling Scar sit up. Her eyes opened, but she returned Scar's look. Was it the same cub from earlier today? She purred softly as she watched the cub again, snuggling up next to Scar. She rose a crooked eyebrow. Had the cub wandered in here in the middle of the night?

" If you ever need help Kovu, I'm here for you, I'm not dead yet!" He laughed," Same to you Nala, I'm not completely worthless now! I'll get you some water," he padded out.

I nod to Simba, then turning back to my wound. I lick at it for a bit more, then lay down.

I watch the cub, ears flicking. I give a slight shrug, then slowly get up, not to wake the cub. I lick Zira on the head and pad from the den.

Nala smiled as she watched her mate pad away. Old, but still going. She couldn't believe it. Would that lion ever stop to take a break? The thought brought a smile to her face. He was still the same adventures, little lion cub from all of those years back. "Thank you!" she called.

Zira looked from the cub to Scar as he walked out. Where was he going? She layed there for a few seconds, then got up and followed him outside. "Something wrong, my dear?" she whispered, as she didn't want her voice to travel to wake up the young cub.

He came back with soaked moss. He smiled and nodded to Nala," I'm going hunting, I haven't for a while, Call me if you need help, I'll come," He smiled and purred. He touched her nose and started to pad away.

Konazi lay on the smooth stone on pride rock, her paws dangling over the edge. She imagined thousands of animals gathered to see the presentation of a new heir to the throne. She scanned the Pridelands, eyes stopping at the dark smudge that was the Outlands. She sighed, Zira and Scar wouldn't hurt a cub like her would they? She just wanted to play. She flicked her ears as a breeze ruffled her fur
