Raedon kneeled down. "You go ahead and eat it. I'm not hungry." He said aloud, amused. He hadn't figured out how to speak with his mind yet.

she gives a small warble and swallows it whole, slurping the tail.

Raedon smiled, amused. "Was it good?" He asked her. He quietly wondered what to call her.

(I thought the dragon picked their own name.. at least that's how it was in the movie...)
she looks up at him and tilts her head, then climbs onto his shoulder
(lets say its getting dark so in the morning she could have grown some)

(Ok. Have you read the books? The movie is VERY different in many places. And poorly made, in comparison. Saphira grew more gradually in the book, and in the book, Eragon gave many name suggestions, and Saphira picked her name because she liked it best.)

Raedon smiled. He rubbed her head for a moment, the headed to the house he was staying in, while he stayed here with the elves.
