saphora got up and stretched walking outside her cave and into the woods

she sighed then flew around the woods almost going into the tree

she lowered down to the ground deciding to just run, tripped over a stump and sprain her back left leg laying there on the ground in pain

willow ranover and saw that (what is her name?) had sprain her ankle and frowned looking at it it was startgin to swell up she looked around and siad "i'm going to make a splint for your ankle okay" she asked
