Echokit still couldn't talk. She was now padding, and standing, but she hadn't said a word. Her mother had been trying to make her, but she wanted to do it when she was ready.

Dawnstorm-
"Come on Echokit," she purred. "Say something. Both of your brother's have." It was no use, Dawnstorm couldn't get a peep out of her rebellious daughter. "Oh well," she mewed, and licked Echokit on the top of her head.

Fogheart pounced onto the mouse. It was rather small, a baby mouse. Why would it be wandering out here? She sighed, pulling it to a bush and covered it with dirt to pick it up later.

Brackenshade-
Finally managing to catch his prey, he swiftly bit into it's neck and felt it go limp. "I caught something," Brackenshade mewed, and buried it as well. "Any luck?"

Blaze went to see Echokit again. "Hello," he said. "Oh, hello Dawnstorm! Would you like some fish or rabbit?"

Ravenpaw nodded. "I'll try sleeping, but... "She gulped down the last of her trout, and lay her chin down on her paws. "I think I'll be too excited for it then," She mewed.

"Yep," Fogheart mewed, looking back at where she hid her prey. She saw Stormcloud pad back. "Anything?" She asked. He shook his head slightly. "Wow, who's scaring the prey now?" She teased.

Echokit mewled angrily on purpose, since she didn't want to speak under force.

Dawnstorm-
"Thank you Blaze, that'd would be nice," Dawnstorm mewed. She had finally gotten used to the fact that a fox resided in camp, and wasn't overly terrified.

Hailkit-
"Mamma," Hailkit whined softly, snuggling close to his mother. Hailkit had spoken small words, but not full sentences.

Ripplepaw-
Ripplepaw nodded. "Well, perhaps the excitement will help you stay awake. Moonhigh to sunrise isn't that long of a time," he mewed, finishing his prey as well.

Brackenshade-
Brackenshade snickered, amused. "I told you I wasn't the problem here!"

Stormcloud hissed quietly, padding off to go hunt again. Fogheart sighed. "I'll go off to hunt again," She said, going off as well.
