Darkpaw stepped forward a little remembering one little peice the rest had seemed to have forgotten. There was still an enemy apprentice in their camp. "We found an injured cat too. We brought him back here because he wouldn't make it out in the woods alone."

Raggedpaw looked affectionatly down at Honeypaw. He lightly let his fur brush against hers. He was surprised that she'd lied so easily for his brother.

Lionpaw blinked his blue eyes gratfully at Glacierpool. He was so relieved she was helping them. He could feel the stress of keeping others secrets weighing on him and it felt nice to have others to carry it with him.

Muddy closed his blue eyes sadly. "I should have waited until we knew you were safe. I'm so sorry." He apologized once again.

[dr. pupper]

glacierpool tensed as darkpaw spoke. 'yeah.. we think he's a roamingclan apprentice, but he seems to be heavily wounded. my guess is he was attacked or something. none of his clan seemed to be around, so we took him here to take care of him until he could at least walk.'

honeypaw shot a smile up at raggedpaw, flattening her ears as she swished her tail.

'i see.. do you know what this apprentice's name is? you're certain it's a roamingclan cat?' quickstar meowed, standing and trotting over, glancing towards the medicine den.

badgerpelt raised his brows, turning his head. trotting out of the warrior den, he shuffled into the medicine cat den. 'dang, muddy.. this the roamingclan apprentice?' he murmured, leaning down and sniffing at the kit's wounds.

Mudpaw nodded. He sat up his tail lying behind him. "His name is Badgerpaw." Mudpaw meowed lookimg bavk down at the wounded apprentice. He glanced back up at him. "Do you think he'll be okay?" He asked quietly.

Lionpaw followed Quickstar to the medicine den. "I think so. I recognize his scent from the others at the gathering. At least im pretty sure it was theirs."

[dr. pupper]

quickstar shuffled in after badgerpelt, raising his brows at the apprentice. 'looks pretty bad..' he murmured, hurrying into the camp and examining the herbs stocked along the walls.

'i think he'll be okay.. one time glacierpool's buddy steampelt fell and stayed in here for a long while.. she stayed the whole time and helped with the herbs so she's pretty good with them. daisypetal might be able to help too.' badgerpelt sighed, sitting down against the stone wall.

"It's not your fault," Badgerpaw repeated. "Er, um, hello..."

Sootpaw blinked. "That's not what happened." He mewed.

Finchpaw shook her head. "He's going to be in so much trouble if Quickstar finds out..." She muttered.

[dr. pupper]

honeypaw stared at her brother, flattening her ears. "sootpaw!" she squeaked under her breathe, scurrying forwards and covering the apprentice's muzzle with her paw.

badgerpelt waved his tail gently, shuffling his paws.

"Mmf!" Sootpaw's mew was muffled.

Raggedpaw gave Sootpaw a death glare that would send anyone running. His striped red fur stood up along his spine.

Darkpaw was about to offer to help as well since they'd helped the medicine cat for some time as they were younger but his jaw dropped as Sootpaw spoke.

Sootpaw narrowed his eyes. "You don't scare me, Raggedpaw. You wouldn't hurt me. And that's not what happened!"

Raggedpaw said nothing he juat continued to glare. He was going to make this idiot pay later for tattletailing on them. Stupid cat. He should've left that habit back in the nursery.

Darkpaw bent closer to him and meowed in a low voice so only Sootpaw could hear. "Sootpaw please." His brown eyes wide and hoping for support from the new apprentice.
