Moments later, Badgerpaw's mentor was ordered to carry the apprentice to the border and beyond. He dropped the apprentice in the middle of SprintClan territory, with fresh wounds.

glacierpool had left for a hunting trip a bit ago, to stop herself from ripping out another annoying apprentice's eyes out; of course she had came across several in this clan, she had thought. while she reached her long claws along the branch of a tall birch tree, her white ears swiveled in the direction of a small apprentice, left by an older warrior. of course, to glacierpool, this did not look like an apprentice, but a kit, but she doubted they were since she was a warrior now, and still held the appearance of a young apprentice. she had waited until the warrior had left to leap down from her spot, landing soundlessly within the ferns.
'why did the old mousebrain leave you here?' her menacing voice hissed within the darkness. 'you smell of roamingclan. you both do.' her voice rang lowly, as dawn fluttered through the leaves, slowly scanning over her paws.

Badgerpaw moaned. "Mudpaw...Squirrelpaw..."

[dr. pupper]

glacierpool's fur bristled along her spine. 'mudpaw? squirrelpaw? why on earth was mudpaw talking to a roamingclan apprentice, and by the sound of it, possibly two?' she hissed, slipping out of the darkness. she dawn light fluttered down on her pure white pelt, her icy blue eyes narrowed towards the apprentice. 'and why are you bleeding.. everywhere?' she murmured, voice faintly softening as she crept forwards, sniffing at the small cat's wounds delicately.

"Mudpaw, Squirrelpaw...please." Badgerpaw repeated.

[dr. pupper]

glacierpool's gaze softened slightly. 'come on, i saw mudpaw and the lot hurrying out of camp a bit ago.. they'll be back soon.' she encouraged him, delicately grabbing his scruff and lifting him off the ground.

Badgerpaw took a step and stumbled. One of his fresher injuries was a long, deep streak across his back left paw that had severed the tendon. It was the worst, besides a wound to the back of his head.

glacierpaw hurried to get the apprentice to camp. when there, she pulled him into the medicine den and searched quickly through the herbs, dabbing remedies to his wounds, gentle with the larger ones.

Badgerpaw soon drifted into a sea of darkness. He did not dream, just lay unconscious.

glacierpaw stiffened as she stared down at the bleeding apprentice. eyes suddenly narrowing, she got some herbs and mixed them into a medicine. she dabbed it onto his wounds with a leaf, coating them with cobwebs, nudging poppyseeds over to his muzzle every now and then in hope he would eat them.
