Stoneheart frowned, listening but stayed on his perch.

Silverstar passed each kit to the bottom of the tree.

Clawpaw finished grooming Echopaw's pelt. Her pelt was shining and beautiful.

Oak sat under the desk, eyes wide, tail bushed out and lashing, fur fluffed up, and ears back.

Lily ran to the kitchen. She sat by her food bowl, waiting for the twolegs to fill it up.

Oak took the time to consider about joining the Clan. The upsides were he didn't have to deal with his twolegs, the twoleg kit, or the annoying new she-cat. He wouldn't have to eat that disgusting food anymore, either.
The downsides were.... well nothing.


When the twolegs didn't fill up her bowl, Lily wandered back to the desk, and meowed icely, and grugdingly, "Alright, there's nothing else to do. What's your name?"

Oak looked up. "Oak." He said, with an edge to his voice.

"I'm Lily." Lily said with the same tone.

"You remind me too much of my sister." Oak said dryly, then he looked away.

Stoneheart yawned widely.

Oakstripe padded around camp before looking and found SIlverstar with the kits, "Need help?" THe gruff tom barked up.

"We got it" Huffed Silverstar.

Oakstripe frowned but he sat and waited with the kits that where already at the base of the tree, keeping them close so they wouldn't wander and warm from the snow.

Ravenkit and Owl kit started up playing again as if nothing had happened

Tigerpaw walked outside of her den and stretched. She let the scents of the camp wash over her tongue. The sun beat down on her pelt mercilessly making her stripes stand out even more. She trotted over to the fresh kill pile and grabbed a small shrew, settling down to eat it. Tigerpaw decided she would wait for the next patrol to go out.
