Sham bit back the pain and fliped onto her back. Blaze was on the forest floor under the Beta. Lipton raced toward Blaze.

Blaze growled but there was a menacing glint in his eye.He stuck his claws out and clawed at her back

Sham pushed him against a rock, almost breaking his back. Lipton got lost in the fight and could not find Blaze.

Blaze howled,but he was larger then the female.He got to his paws.Ducked down and rolled underneath the Beta.Now under her he slashed at her soft underbelly

(Sorry, I would have posted earlier but I had some stuff I needed to do. I hadn't really decided the ranks. If you want you can choose them for me.)

Sham quickly stepped back and clawed his underbelly then rolled him over and dug her teeth right beside the shoulder blade and the spine. She knew it would not kill him, but it would leave without being able to fight for a quarter moon. She winced as blood poured of her back and belly.

Lipton was in terror, he dodged fighting wolves trying to find his friend Blaze. Then he saw him, laying at paws of the Beta. Blaze's shoulder and back was bleeding badly and still more blood came from his belly. "Oh, no!" he said to himself. The Beta was also losing blood. Maybe, just maybe . . . I could . . . he thought.

Sham turned her head a white wolf with black spots staring at her as if she'd killed their leader. Maybe that wolf was the patrol leader she thought. A grime appeared on her face. She launched herself at the wolf.

Lipton's muscles wouldn't move. "Please," he begged himself. Still they didn't move. The Beta landed on him, forcing him to bang his head on a rock. He used all his willpower lift his head up. Then the Beta took a bit out of his neck. Blood poured out cutting off his air. Darkest ruled over him and his body fell to the ground. (He is not dead, just badly hurt.)

Sham let out a growl, then turned her attention back to her wounds. They where bad . . . really bad. She could not continue fighting and was in not shape to go to a battle in a quarter moon. She had to go back to camp . . . at lest victory belonged to the Shadow pack. "River," she called over the fight, "we won, let's go back now!"

Blaze spat out the females blood and glared after the intruders glad to watch them go
