i shrug "mkay" setting down the shifter as my mom walks by. i pray silently that she'll just keep walking, but no luck

frosts mom "oh, so you have a new friend, are you two da-"

i glare at my mom "mom stop being so embarrasing" she says trying to get her to leave the room. she was blushing deeply, embarresed

Kiro:

I grin. "Maybe." I wink at Frost, flirting.

frosts mother gave a light chuckle "ok then, if you need anything i'll be in the other room" and she walks off

i blush a bit deeper as i see kiro wink, but give a little smile as well ~frost

Kiro:

I roll onto my stomach. "So, most cheerleaders don't exactly go through the forest. I think I like you." With a grin, I cross my paws, and twitch my ears. I never learned to conceal what I thought. When my parents died, I was too young. A shadow covers my eyes, and I look down.

i gave a small shrug "i guess that doesnt make me your average cheerleader then" i smile before seeing somethings up "whats wrong?" i ask, even though i dont really expect an answer. i scoot across the coutch closer to him

Kiro:

I jump to my paws. "I-It's nothing... It's just... Being indoors brings back some bad memories." I lower my head, and lay back down with a heavy sigh, pictures flashing through my head. I shake my head viciously, as if trying to rid myself of flees. These shadowed thoughts haven't bothered me for years. I whimper softly, and sigh. Someday, I'll have to tell her. Why not just do it now? I listed reasons through my head: My fear of her getting hurt, her possible capture, her murder, everything else. I gritted my teeth, and opened my mouth. "I get the sense that I-I'm being followed. And not just you... I was thinking Mewtwo. I kind of made him mad when I was little. Well, not little, but old enough to know better, but young enough to ignore it. I-I've glimpsed violet eyes glowing in the dark. And I don't want you to get mixed up in this mess. An angry Mewtwo on your tail is worse than traveling through hell." Rolling on my back, I cover my eyes with my paws.

i look at him "i-i had no idea..." and i slide from the couch. i give him a hug suddenly, wanting to sooth him. at least a little bit ~frost

Kiro:

My eyes widen and I gasp. Closing my eyes, I sigh, and relax. A smile creeps into my face, and I scramble to my feet. The movement shocked me. "I-" I start, but don't finish. Flashing a sweet smile at her, I lick my paw, covered in filth.

iwonder what he was going to say but i shrug it off and smile back~frost

Kiro:

I sigh, and finish my sentence. "I haven't exactly embraced anyone in the recent past." I say, stammering. "Nor did I expect to in the near future." With a weak smile, I roll on my back and close my eyes, trying to coax myself into sleep, even though I knew it won't happen. After a minute I growl, and get to my haunches angrily. I never fall asleep at night, except for tiny bits and pieces during Nyx's hour. I call the darkest time of night Nyx's hour. Occasionally, I call it Darkrai's hour.
