" Ash if she can't handle it maybe we shouldn't do this... I mean not now.. " Dovetail almost cried to say that one sentence, but it had to be said if she wanted to be friends with Fern one day.

Dovetail started to tear up but she didn't want to embarrass herself so she looked down at her paws.

fern shook her head "no... im just not used to people/cats" she mewed "look im a loner not a clan cat" she added and walked off into the bushs "oh and Dovetail i bet you and Ash will have wonderful kits one day" she mewed then walked on and turned back onece more "i will be back" them walked into the bushes

Dovetail headed back to the clan. Before she left she said to Ash " I'm just not hungry anymore. " Dovetail smiled and walked away, her hips swaying back and forth. When Dovetail was walking back to the clan she thought to herself. " I think that we will make beautiful kits! " But deep down she felt sorry for Fern. Almost like she had taken Fern's place or something. She shook that thought out of her head and kept thinking about having kits.
