Apollo was sleeping in his den. Soon the sun rose, and he woke up. He stretched and yawned "Its a nice day today. I think I'll go see the birds for a little bit" he walked to the clearing in the forest where the birds sang. He loved their songs, so he sang with them, howling their melodies.

Onyx woke up not long after dawn. She didn't feel like doing much today, so she said to herself "I'm so tired! I'll do some hunting later. Right now I just want to rest for a little longer"
Suddenly, Wolfgang came in her den. "Hello Onyx. You're still sleeping?" he said. "Yeah. I don't feel like doing hunting right now, so I'm gonna sleep a little more" Onyx replied. "Don't feel like hunting, eh? Well I'm not going to hunt by myself, as we have an entire pack to feed, so you're coming with me to hunt whether you like it or not!" Wolfgang growled. Onyx was already used to Wollfgang's short temper, so she groaned and said "Ok ok fine! Sheesh! Can't I just rest for a few minutes?" she muttered. The 2 of them left the camp and went into the forest, looking for prey.

Cleo
Cleo had started to run out of milk, and her puppies were yelping for milk. Cleo had started to calm them down, and yelled to someone near, "Please, I need some food, NOW!!" Cleo had started to get mean, because she was up constantly. "Someone, please help, I am running out of milk!" Cleo yelled for help.

Hunter
Hunter started to squeal, as there was no more milk left. Hunter wanted to see if there would be milk somewhere else, so he started to walk off, but got picked up. Hunter squealed with delight, as he thought he would get milk soon. Hunter was wrong, so he decided to go to sleep, and get milk later. Hunter noticed, that Mazey did the same.

Onyx and Wolfgang heard Cleo's cry. The 2 of them ran towards her and Onyx said "Don't worry. Wolfgang and I were just on our way to go hunting. If we find anything we'll bring you back something, ok?" she said and smiled

Cleo
Cleo thanked them, and saw the two pups were asleep. Cleo licked each one, and grabbed them, making sure to not wake them. She went to the corner of the den, and put them down. She put her back to them, warming them. She made sure no one else came in, and went to sleep.

Mazey
Mazey had pretended to go to sleep, so she sneaked off, and went out of the den. She started to followed Onyx and Wolfgang. Mazey kept looking around, looking at all the amazing things she had never seen before.

[Mountain Wolf]

Wolfgang spotted a young doe grazing. "Look! over there!" he whispered to Onyx. Onyx nodded and saw the doe. Wolfgang crept behind it and Onyx crouched in front of it. Onyx leaped at the deer, startling it. The deer turned around to run off, but Wolfgang was right behind it. The doe was trapped. Wolfgang jumped right at it and bit it's neck, killing it.
