She nodded to them both after watching Yellowfang take the catmint and moved to her own nest.

Yellowfang watched her sleep with the little kit and sighed softly, he wanted to go and cuddle up next to her but thought better of it and just settled for watching her. The catmint helped his cough a lot and he was glad he would be able to be next to her when they faced the clan the next day. His eyes drooped shut and he let out a yawn as he fell asleep as well.

He looked up as he saw her start to stir and he purred," Good morning Silverdawn," He pushed a mouse he had brought from the freshkill pile towards her," Thought you would like something to eat." He smiled at her hoping she liked the mouse.
