Manin slowly walked out of the shadows.

Aiedail looked straight at him and a loud growl rippled through her as she noticed he was watching her. "Who are you?"

Manin bowed his head to her and walked to the water farther up. The lack of threat from him surprised Aiedail. He drank and after, walked to a shadow and lay down. His eyes never left the other wolf, even as they began to close.
