Willowfur yawned and licked her paw

Sparkypaw grabbed a plump mouse off the fresh-kill, then carried it into the nursery. She ran back, grabbing another, taking it there also. One for each queen. She laid one in front of Marigoldpetal, who purred, then licked her kits. "What's their names?" Sparkypaw mewed, twitching her ears. "That one's Ferretkit, this one's Poppykit, and the little she-cat's Pinkkit." The queen mewedd, dragging the mouse closer to her.

Featherpaw frowned a bit. "W-Why so soon?" she stammered, wanting Wolf to stick around a little longer. If he left, she wasn't sure if she'd ever see him again... She couldn't let that happen.

Hollypaw sat up. She was glad some kits survived.

Foxpaw padded over to his siblings."Let's go hunting."He meowed.

They all nodded and left.
