The pinto left without another word. She knew Discord was stronger than she was, but if she could catch him by surprise, perhaps she could at least weaken him.

"Ugh! Fine! That's all you adults do anyway! I don't need help from somepony younger than me. You're all so ignorant!" Cat shouted and started to walk off.

[Tom Bombadil]

Storm completely ignored Cat; she had to cripple her prey if she didn't want him to kill her from above.

She kept low, heading to where she sensed Discord.

Discord will have to make Shadow Bolt scared in order for her to tell it)

(How would he do that though- would he have to bewitch her? It seems like Shadow does not scare easy)

(I was just wondering... where is all this stuff with Discord and Shadow Bolt happening?)

Ranger watched Storm walk away, then looked at Cat. "Well, I'll just go, then..." she muttered, heading towards the forest.

(Well, Shadow has been scared many times for as long as she's lived so now she's gotten used to it. The only thing that can scare her now is if someone tries to kill her and cannot be stopped. Her greatest fear is death.)

Storm Clouds saw Discord hovering in the air; it looked like he'd just stopped chasing something. She wondered if he'd caught anything today, for if he had then perhaps he would be easier to bring down, and less vicious.

But she quickly forgot about that. She ducked in the bushes, taking aim with a magicked blade. If she could just cripple his wings, they'd be nearer to even terms.

(@Ice- that gives me an idea...)
