Moonpaw gave a half shrug. "I was exiled. I'm a pathetic she-cat. she hissed the words out, narrowing her eyes. Sometimes, things got said enough that she believed them.

Starpaw shook his head. "No, Ashstar vas foolish, eef he can't see the inner beauty you hold, he is a truly foolish Tom." The young cat pricked his ears, his shimmering blue eyes holding a note of truth. The young cat seemed to hold the position of either medicine cat or leader, though he was just an apprentice. He Didnt even seem to care that he had let his accent slip.

Moonpaw shook herself, disgruntled by Starpaw's aura, the false feel of authority. She knew he had wanted to be a medicine cat, and his wise words caused the tip of her tail to twitch. "Thanks... it's good to know some of the Clan supports me..." she sighed.

Grayfeather purred loudly, brushing her tongue over his head, between his ears.

"Almost all of us support you, especially Snakepaw and myself, and Sparkheart." Starpaw mewed.

Brindlespring purred back and nudged her with his muzzle. "I'll be back in a minute, I want to check on Moonpaw." He mewed, licking Grayfeather on the head before getting up and trotting over to the medicine den. he walked in. "How's Moonpaw?" He asked nervously, hoping the apprentice was okay.

Moonpaw gave a relieved sigh. "Thanks." she whispered to Starpaw before turning to Brindlespring. "I'm okay. I'd--" she took a deep, shuddering breath. "I'd like to talk to Ashstar though..." she swivelled her ears towards Brindlespring, eyes anxious.
