she ignored him, feeling guilt like stones hit her stomach. It's my fault i left the camp and the fox smelled meshe thought bitterly. She wanted to shun everything that had happened, wanted to curl up with her family i would rather be with them instead of here she took it back instantly, anywhere was better than her family. And there was Bramblewhisker, she looked at him, her gaze full of sadness.

Bramblewhisker looked at her eyes, he could tell she was convinced, if she hadnt been there he would've been the one the fox had started to attack first, maybe if he told her that she would feel a bit better? no... why would she? he thought hard "Come on, lets get you to camp and then wel get you all cleaned up and perfect," he said trying to sound cheerfull.
