Chako whimpered, but smiled at her pups. She was happy they were okay. One looked just like Yara, another just like her, but their eyes were the eyes of the opposite parent. The other two were a mix of their markings.

The three dane pups ran back to Chako. "Mommy!" they cried and snuggled into her in and their 'siblings' "Brothers?Sisters? Names?" Aceso woofed.

Ink yelped when Barti started attacking and fell backwards, landing in the river again. He struggled to his paws and ran down the river toward the edge of the waterfall and launched himself off of it, not caring for his own life anymore. He landed on his side on the sharp, hard rocks that surrounded Yara and he cried out in pain- But his viscious fury was burning deep inside him which made his body ache and he tried hard not to let it out near his friend...He shouldn't have got in to this mess, even thinking of leaving Shadow Pack, and even thinking of joining Tamashi. He felt he had let everyone down, including himself, and he just wanted the world to take mercy on his soul and end the pain he had to endure, so he couldn't suffer this way any longer...The pup slipped underneath Yara's front leg and started to cry tears of pain, not physical pain, but emotional pain. "Dad..." He whispered weakly. "Please don't die..."

"Two brothers, two sisters. I think I'll call one Leah. But I'm waiting for Yara's approval," Chako said. She tried to stay calm, but it was hard to keep a straight face when your mate was bleeding to death, shish-kebabed on a sharp rock.

Barti yelped and ran after Ink, launching himself off of the waterfall. He twisted himself so he didn't hit any of the sharp rocks. "INK!" he cried when he surfaced, paddling over to his friend.

Shade heard Barti's cry and leaped over the side of the cliff. He saw where Barti was heading and knocked him out of the way. Barti couldn't have dodged that last rock. And neither could Shade. "AUGH!!!" he screamed, blood pouring form the wound to rock had created.

The three pups snuggled with their mom and siblings.

(sure, I'm taking a female, and I'm not sure who Charbi's taking, so we'd better wait for her XP)

Chako smiled at the dane pups. She smelled Shade's blood, but tried not to show her horror.

Dew padded to Retuka. "The camp's all ready to go now!" she woofed "Are you done marking the territory?"

Shade ground his teeth. The pain was incredible, he was wondering how Yara was still alive. "Gah. Just die already," he growled to himself. He gasped for breath. The water was now almost maroon with the amount of blood. "No!" he heard Shiva's own spirit cry. He felt himself lifted of the spike. He whispered, "Thank you," before struggling to help Yara.
