Dawn had stopped crying, she had no more tears left. Her eyes were puffy, and they hurt. But despite that she wanted to go to the library. She flew solemly off into the sky littered with stars, stars she had saw admiring with Knight. The memory hit her like a punch in the gut and she fought hard against the tears that had decided to come back. She landed quietly in the library, the candles and the moonlight made the room full of books look magical. Dawn sighed, she didn't know what she wanted to read, but to save hear heart she steered away from the fantasy section and the love stories and towards the information section. Where a quiets shuffling of papers could be heard. "Hello?" She asked, her voice dry and stretched but it echoed through the room.

(By the way, what exactly must Baroness do to become a council member? I read the books but can't remember.)
The voice of another owl in the library startled Baroness, causing her to shrivel. Shaking her feathers, the she-owl once again resumed her full height. "Hello?" she called out.

As she heard the hoot of an unfamiliar owl Dawn webr on red alert but tried to stay calm. "Please come out. " she said. Her voice commanding but kind. Dawn knew there were some owls at the tree that sh didn't know. But she didn't want to take any chances. Fluffing her feathers to make herself look bigger she prepared for a fight.

With a raised brow, Baroness turned the corner in the library. Standing boldly in front of her was a large she-owl, whom looked as if she had recently been crying or upset. There was no doubt that this owl appeared intimidating, and that Baroness was in no condition for conflict, but still Baroness did her best to come off as kind and concerned. "Hello there," she said.

"Hello owl," Dawn said with a voice as still as she could manage. She had thought she had seen this owl around but wasn't sure. "I am Dawn, maybe you have herd of me?" She asked, she meant it genuinely. "I am the Queen of the Ga'hoole Tree. Are you from the tree, or have you come speaking refuge?" She asked hoping she didn't sound like a mother. She had fluffed down a little more to her true size.
