Welcome to our frozen land!

Plot for GlacierClan and PineClan
Your paws hurt, blood trailed in the snow. Your pelt had ice frozen on it, you blindly tumble through the snow. Wishing for warmth, the endless snow pounds, against you. Asking for you to just fall down, but, you won't give up. All of a sudden, something bright, is caught in the corner of your eye. You turn around, "Who are you?" you hiss, your body exhausted. Crystal blue eyes, look at you from the blizzard, "Hello," The voice said, the cat seemed unbothered from the cold. You look at the cat, "I am Windstar" she said, "I have warmth and food". You look at the cat, "Can I come?" You ask. Windstar nods, "Follow me" She said, as you and Windstar disappear into the snow.

"Hello!" Windstar smiled her youthful smile. "Welcome to GlacierClan and PineClan, glad you joined!" She said, "We are very brave clan, and our known for our great strength. We live peacefully in our frozen land. Except for PineClan, led by Freezestar. Annoying they are, but are only a band or rogues." Windstar laughed, "Well we better show you around!"

Rules

X. All of Tess' and Nick's rules apply.
X. Timeskip/fade to black when kitting or mating.
X. Keep it PG-13. Timeskip or fade to black in gory battle scenes.
X. Wait to be accepted by the RP owner or a mini mod.
X. If you aren't on for a week or more tell post here or tell the RP owner, your characters will be deleted if you don't.
X. Please don't go over board on text talk / chat speak. It's hard to read and some people don't understand it.
X. Have realistic cat names. A warrior can not be named Electricblast unless they were a kittypet names Electric and kept that part of their name.
X. Keep the colors of the cats realistic. (No purple eyes.)
X. If a Clan says it's not accepting they will still accept kits born into the Clan.
X. If you are joining, you must have at least one PineClan cat.

About GlacierClan and PineClan

Land Issues
Living in the snow is as easy as anything to GlacierClan and PineClan. If the attackers are not used to snow, then they should think it through. Snow can also stop scents, tracks and sound from being noticed, it also makes things very hard to see.

Land Advantages
GlacierClan and PineClan cats are very adapt to living in the snow, they can hide and go unnoticed easily. Tracks and scents can be covered up too. All GlacierClan and PineClan cats are born with thick fur which protects them from the cold, and are well built.

Strengths
GlacierClan and PineClan cats are very strong, with thick muscles, they have thick fur. They are great hiders, and most of the time, prefer to stay hidden during battle.

Weaknesses
They might be strong, but they are not very fast, they can tire quicker than most cats, and like to save their energy.
Battle tactics: GlacierClan and PineClan are very smart Clans; they prefer to think everything through before acting. They hide behind trees, caves or in the snow; and like quick, sudden attacks.

Prey
Prey is very scarce in the snow, but can be abundant if you know where to look. Most common are mice, shrews, voles, birds, and lemmings. Squirrels and rabbits are rare but can be seen. Falcons and small hawks are also caught, but are mostly for experienced hunters, fish are common too, but not provoked to hunt due to the fact that they are close to the sea.

Predators
Larger hawks and eagles are dangerous to cats that do not stay hidden and are spotted; most patrols will have one cat always looking at the sky. Orcas and sea lions are very dangerous; known for crashing through frozen water onto land. Bears and dogs are very rare. Mountain lions and snow leopards are seen once in a while, and should not be messed with. Rogues can be dangerous too, so their territory is to be avoided.

Land Dangers
Even though GlacierClan and PineClan are adapted to the snow, it can be dangerous. Hypothermia, frostbite and starvation are very common for cats left in the cold for too long. Avalanches also happen, but do not affect the clan that much, because the camp is inside, but cats outside are hit. Cavern collapses are rare, but very life threatening.
